That turning point led me back to myself. Through yoga and deepening my spiritual practice, I began to feel safe in my body again. I rooted into a sense of belonging that wasn’t performance-based. My leadership began to shift from hypervigilance to presence, from proving to being.
Hi, I'm Patti
I’ve worked inside the kinds of organizations and with the leaders I now support: mission-driven, under-resourced, and full of heart.
My early path led me to a Master’s in Public Health at Columbia University, driven by a deep desire to serve my community as a daughter of Filipino immigrants. I spent the next decade leading immigrant health campaigns, securing resources for BIPOC communities as the Deputy to New York City's first Chief Diversity Officer, and advising on inclusion for Broadway productions like Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and Funny Girl. I was proud of the impact, and also painfully aware of how much I was sacrificing to make it happen.
